The patient's pertinent medical history, concurrent conditions, previous drug reactions or allergies and concomitant medications were not reported. On 15-Apr-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA), lot #Z005021 has been verified to be a valid lot number, expiration date: 22-Oct-2026, administered as prophylaxis (dose, route of administration and anatomical location were not reported).
