Symptom narrative

9days after vaccines given develop rash that quickly became quite dramatic red lesions, all over body with dusky central areas. Seen in our clinic 2days later (4/10/26) diagnosed with Erythema Multiforme, and ended up at Urgent Care Hospital later that evening with more dramatic rash and irritability. Never febrile. No mucous membrane or joint involvement. Urgent Care diagnosed as Urticaria Multiforme. Did slowly fade away over next 5-6days. Cetirizine was used starting on 4/10. Rash resolved by follow up visit 4/17.
