Symptom narrative

Pt received the vaccines and was leaving in a motorized scooter when she cried out stating she felt like she was dying and put her head down on the handles of the scooter. We rolled the patient into the pharmacy consultation room and gave her a glass of water. She asked us to call her mother to come pick her up. We took her blood pressure and it was at 88/74. After giving the patient about 2 to 3 minutes they were able to sit up and move to a chair beside the scooter. After about 3 mins, the patient was alert and able to talk. She stated she had gotten a blood draw and hadn't eaten much food this day. We then were able to get the patient's mother over to the pharmacy and the patient felt comfortable leaving with her.
