Vomiting aggravated; Incomplete course of vaccination; Chills; Sore Arm; Fever; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of vomiting aggravated in a adult female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (unknown arm) and did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix the patient experienced vomiting aggravated (Verbatim: Vomiting aggravated), chills (Verbatim: Chills), pain in arm (Verbatim: Sore Arm), fever (Verbatim: Fever) and incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Incomplete course of vaccination). The outcome of the vomiting aggravated was resolved and the outcome of the chills, pain in arm and fever were resolved (duration 5 days) and the outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. It was unknown if the reporter considered the vomiting aggravated, chills, pain in arm and fever to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 14-APR-2026 About 2 years ago (March or April 2024 timeframe) patient got the first Shingrix vaccination. First night she had the recorded side effects of chills, fever, and sore arm but she also had intense vomiting about every hour on the hour that lasted until the early morning. The other side effect of chills, fever, and sore arm lasted about 5 days then recovered completely. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
