Concurrent medical conditions included facial herpes zoster (had shingles on the right side of the face and into the hair in JAN-2025) and ophthalmic herpes zoster (had shingles on eye in JAN-2025). On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, not applicable after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced drug use for unapproved indication (Verbatim: still suffer with the itching and pain,to me it feels I will never get rid of this,I had the first shot).
