RN called on 16-Mar-2026 to report multiple excursions for Menveo (1-vial presentation) and Boostrix./Inadvertent administration after a temperature excursion; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 17-year-old female patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number HB333, expiry date 31-JAN-2027) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Meningococcal vaccine B rfHbpA/fHbpB (Trumenba). On 03-JAN-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Menveo (intramuscular, left deltoid). On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: RN called on 16-Mar-2026 to report multiple excursions for Menveo (1-vial presentation) and Boostrix./Inadvertent administration after a temperature excursion). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. Upon receipt of follow up information on 07-APR-2026, the report is now valid The nurse reported that the multiple excursions for Menveo (1-vial presentation) and she stated that she was not aware the vaccines had been involved in temperature excursions beforehand and mentioned that the vaccines were administered to patient.
