Expired dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 4-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 3RT93, expiry date 03-APR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 08-APR-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 08-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose administered).
