Symptom narrative

administered an expired dose of Infanrix; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 16-month-old male patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number 73SX2, expiry date 24-MAR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 15-APR-2026, the patient received Infanrix. On 15-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: administered an expired dose of Infanrix). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 15-APR-2026 The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter.
