60 year old male potentially received GARDASIL 9; No additional AE; not agitated prior to administration; This spontaneous report was received from an other health professional (Nurse) and refers to a 60-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On unknown dates, the patient received human papillomavirus 9-valent vaccine, recombinant (GARDASIL®9) suspension for injection (2 dosage forms; 2 doses) (lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis (drug use in unapproved age group). Recommended by his "ENT" that informed him to get the series. 2 doses of human papillomavirus 9-valent vaccine, recombinant (GARDASIL®9) were potentially not agitated prior to administration (Product preparation error). There were no adverse events reported, no side effects or symptoms.
