temperature excursion vaccine administered to patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 17-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (batch number L5229, expiry date 19-APR-2027) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Meningococcal vaccine B rfHbpA/fHbpB (Trumenba). On 04-MAR-2026, the patient received Boostrix (intramuscular, left deltoid). On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: temperature excursion vaccine administered to patient).
