On 20-Apr-2026, the patient started therapy with measles, mumps, and rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) virus vaccine, live (M-M-R II) powder and solvent for suspension for injection (lot #Z007113; expiration date: 07-Apr-2027) (1 dosage form; once). On 20-Apr-2026, the patient also started therapy with varicella virus vaccine, live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX UPGRADE) powder and solvent for solution for injection (lot #Z015170; expiration date: 29-Sep-2027) (1 dosage form; once).
