On 09-APR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. In APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced headache (Verbatim: Severe headache), fever (Verbatim: fever), joint pain (Verbatim: joint pains), tiredness (Verbatim: Tiredness), general body pain (Verbatim: Body pain), back pain (Verbatim: back pain) and injected limb mobility decreased (Verbatim: inability to move arm where shot was given).
