Symptom narrative

Patient reports at today's visit that her left arm became swollen, bruised and painful the next day or so after vaccination. States it was painful to move her arm. Still having some pain in her left shoulder area. Received Flucelvax and Boostrix in right arm at this visit and had no aftereffects.
