Symptom narrative

Patient's wife shared that pt rec'd Shingrix on 4/6/26. Called today (4/22/26) and complains of 3 days of full body rash (no swelling or breathing issues), shivering, and body weakness. No issues at the injection site. Denies trying new food, otc meds, or going outdoors in grassy areas. Has been using otc hc bid and rash has been improving. Advised to check temp and use apap prn (no liver issues), rest, fluids, don't use hc longer than 2 weeks. contact us or provider if getting worse, symptoms do not continue to improve, or come back. Will report to VAERS per pt request.
