Onset of symptoms not entirely clear, patient reports "since receiving RSV vaccine" he has had diarrhea. extreme muscle pain, eyesight issues, pain in his forehead, poor appetite, difficulty with mobility because he feels so unwell. As of 4/22/26 he continues with all these symptoms except diarrhea has resolved. No treatment was administered; on 4/17/26 when we learned of symptoms he was advised to present to urgent care but he refused; on 4/22/26 when we learned of ongoing symptoms, he was advised to seek care in the emergency department but unclear whether he will comply.
No known acute illness at time of vaccination.
HIV, cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis B, anal dysplasia, PTSD, hx methamphetamine abuse, impotence, hyperlipidemia, metatarsalgia, seborrheic dermatitis, hammer toe, paresthesias.
Acetaminophen, atorvastatin, baclofen, buspirone, duloxetine, multivitamin, emtricitabine/rilpivirine/tenofovir alafenamide, trazodone, sildenafil, bupropion.
No known allergies.
