Symptom narrative

On December 2, 2025 I had the pneumonia vaccine of Cavaxive .5 IM PFS given to me at pharmacy. On 3/25/25 my Immunologists ordered bloodwork to check my Pneumo AB PNL PPSV@#, 23-Serot. The test results were extremely low for AB Type 1-5, 9V, 10A, 11A, 12F, 18C, 19A, 22F and 23F. I don't know what to do. Should I get another vaccine? Was something wrong with this vaccine? I have a extremely low IGEof less than 2, IGA of 39 and neutropenia.

Current illness

I was told by my physician to get the pneumonia vaccine prior to starting Humira. My immunologists after receiving the vaccine checked my immunity.

Medical history

neutropenia, low IGE, IGA, breast and thyroid cancer survivor, Ankylosing Spondylitis

Other medications

Synthroid, Cytomel, Hydroxizine, Humira, Celebrex, Vitamin D, multi vitamin

Lab data

PNEUMO AB PNL PPSV2 3, 23-SEROT, 25-Mar-2026, Low. They tested 1-33 the majority of the results were low. I did have normal results for 9 of them.
