Symptom narrative

Pt received Gardasil, Menveo, Tdap. Pt was advised to wait 20 minutes after receiving the vaccines. She was in the lobby when she stated she started feeling tired and seeing spots. Mom stated pt then passed out and was out for about a minute. She was taken back to an exam room then where she received ice water and some fruit snacks. Pt began feeling a lot better after about 10 minutes. Her color started returning to normal. Pt was feeling back to normal and left with her mom. She was fine upon leaving the building.
