Symptom narrative

I experienced increased autoimmune activity after my 2nd covid vaccine: increased body/muscle pain, flu-like illness, increased back and pain, joint pain, brain fog, confusion, memory problems, trouble finding my words, increased problems with ulcerative colitis and fibromyalgia, and fatigue. My symptoms increased steadily over the next year. On 6/13/22 I had to go out on disability from my job as a Registered Nurse. Since then, I have been diagnosed with seronegative spondloarthropathy, now visible on X-ray as ankylosing spondylitis and undifferentiated connective tissue disease.

Medical history

Ulcerative colitis, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, and hearing loss.

Lab data

I've had 2 positive ANA tests since 2025. MRIs and CT scan. Multiple labs every 3 months.
