Symptom narrative

Improper placement of shingles shot in left shoulder at pharmacy. Instead of in the muscle they did it too high so in the joint/tendon. I've had continuous pain and lack of range of motion. Many Dr visits, imagining and still no relief. Surgery maybe the next step.
