No additional AE; Nurse called and reported inadvertent administration of a dose of ROTATEQ at the age of 4 months old. Patient received their first dose of ROTATEQ at 4 months old on 11MAR2026; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a 4-month-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 11-MAR-2026, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with the first dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), oral solution, 1 dosage form (strength, route of administration, lot # and expiration date were not reported) administered for prophylaxis (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age). No adverse events were reported.
