Patient complaint of dizziness, headache, and inability to stand approximately 1 hour after injection. Patient notified mother and mother notified clinic. Patient treated in ER after 3 hours patient symptom complaints at ER are as follows; headache, dizziness, fever, tachycardia, flank pain, back pain, stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting. Patient was treated in ER with Tylenol, Motrin, Benadryl, Epinephrine, famotidine, steroids, IV fluids, and Zofran. Patient is feeling better and symptom are beginning to subside.
