Symptom narrative

fever; nausea; chills; headache; This spontaneous report was received from a physician and referred to a male patient of unknown age. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On an unknown date in September 2025 (reported as "last fall on a Monday"), in the morning, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) Solution for injection (Batch/Lot Number, expiration date, dose, frequency, and route of administration were not provided), Strength: 168 mcg/ml, as prophylaxis. On the same day, in the afternoon, the patient experienced nausea, a 101-102F fever (Pyrexia), chills, and headache. On an unknown date in 2025 (reported as "until Wednesday morning"), the patient recovered from the events of nausea, pyrexia, chills, and headache. The causal relationship between nausea, pyrexia, chills, headache, and Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) was unknown. Additional information is not expected.
