I hv the shingles now; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of shingles in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: I hv the shingles now). The outcome of the shingles was not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 09-APR-2026 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The patient had the shingles at the time of reporting, and the patient took the vaccine. The patient reported that it was a two-shot deal and the patient had taken the first shot and then had to wait four weeks before taking the second shot, but during that time, the patient forgot to take it. The patient did not know whether the shingles were caused by that. However, the experience was described as terrible. As soon as the patient recovered from the illness, the patient stated an intention to go back and take the vaccine shot again. Even if it was still the case that two shots were required, the patient intended to make sure to take the second one. The patient did not wish this condition on anyone, describing blisters all around one side of the body, from the back up to the chest, only on the left side.
