Expired Dose Administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 5-year-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 3RT93, expiry date 04-MAR-2026) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Polio vaccine (received on 31-JAN-2025) and DTAP (received on 08-JUN-2021). In APR-2026, the patient received Kinrix (intramuscular) .5 ml. In APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired Dose Administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 09-APR-2026 The health care professional reported that the immunization was given 3 days expired and need to know if this immunization needs to be given again. The reporter just realized the error.
