On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced sciatic nerve injury (Verbatim: sciatic nerve damage), walking difficulty (Verbatim: Can hardly walk) and joint range of motion decreased (Verbatim: Can hardly bend). The outcome of the sciatic nerve injury, walking difficulty and joint range of motion decreased were not resolved.
