Late second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 81-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on unknown date in 2020). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Late second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 16-APR-2026 The pharmacist informed that a patient who had got one Shingrix vaccine in 2020 so pharmacist asked do we restart the series or just give the second. No further details were provided. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
