Clinical course: Consumer stated, "she was looking online and saw that the Pfizer vaccine (clarified as Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccine) that she got had some high toxicity and she was just trying to see what that is." When probed to clarify the concern, consumer stated, "she was wanting to know though, it has a list of deaths, disabilities and adverse effects. She ended up getting an autoimmune disease after the vaccine, so was just trying to see and then it says it is high toxicity both of them, so when they say high toxicity, she was just trying to see what it is. When clarified if consumer had any adverse after receiving the vaccine, consumer stated, "Just the headache, fever, fatigue, a little dizziness." Patient states that she found out that her COVID19 vaccines were 'toxic, both of them' (MI unable to confirm if 2 doses or 2 different COVID vaccine brands). She has been trying to find out what the toxicity was as she has been having some medical conditions. Upon probing what patient means by the term 'toxicity' (i.e. if referring to AEs, both short or long-term), she states that when she first got the shot, she experienced toxicity. She states her throat was burning, she experienced fever, chills, fatigue and got 'really overexaggerated, really hot and dizzy.' Now, she has 'rheumatoid arthritis factor' and 'autoimmune factor.' She has been waiting to see a rheumatologist for the last year. She notes experiencing 'a bunch of other things', a lot of stomach pain, 'weird smells' from the body, thumb and foot nail black ridges and blisters over the year since she has gotten the vaccine. She also experienced 'bleeding breakthrough' problems, heavier menstrual cycle, chronic spine problems, fainting issues, her veins look more bruised or more prominent, heart flutters, there is fluid around her heart, severe pain in her tendons, muscles and nerves stating 'my body feels like it's on fire all the time,' feeling 'really weird' in her stomach and describes a 'weird lump' by her liver and stomach which was initially thought to be a hernia, but testing shows that it was not although no extensive tests were done. She ended up getting the dye from her jeans/clothes that she wears started going into her skin. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
