Reported Symptoms: 10016558:FEVER; 10039897:SEDATION; 10047862:WEAKNESS; Narrative: He received the vaccine on 8/13/25. Felt weak and had a fall. Fever of 103.8. Was admitted to facility 8/14 - 8/18. Initially thought sepsis but ruled out for any infection. Troponin increased to > 2,000 Discharge Diagnosis: Sepsis, ruled out, possible RSV vaccine reaction Troponin elevation, suspected type II MI Other Relevant HX: Other: weakness; fever 103.8
