Symptom narrative

The patient reported that the Capvaxive vaccine was administered too high on her left deltoid muscle which she states has resulted in severe pain in the injection area and loss of range of motion, despite using OTC pain relievers and heat. She has an appointment with her PCP on 4/24/26.
