Symptom narrative

Per mom patient started the evening after the vaccines with fever up to 101. Her heart rate was 210. She was grunting and retracting and "lethargic" Mom called ambulance. Baby was taken to the ER. Babygram was negative. Patient was given. Patient became stable and was discharged. Per mom patient is doing well now. No complaints
