Vasovagal Syncope - Individual experienced the vasovagal syncope episode within 30 seconds of administration. Individual expereinced a temporary loss of consciousness lasting no more than 45 seconds. Individual was taken to an area to lay down after obtaining vitals. Blood pressure reading immediately after event 100/62, HR of 64 at 10:36 am. Individual was re-evaluated at 10:40 am with BP 116/78, HR 84. Individual inidicated he had not eaten since noon on 4/19/2026. Individual was provided 4 oz of orange juice and a cereal bar. HCP discussed monitoring with the individuals father, provided emergency contact information for the public health agency, as well as the local hospital. HCP contacted the individuals father later in the day, 4:15 pm, on 4/20/26, to check on the status of the individual. Father reported no further issues had been experienced.
