Incomplete course of vaccination; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a child patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included DTPa-HBV-IPV (Pediarix) for prophylaxis. The patient received the 5th dose of Infanrix and Pediarix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Incomplete course of vaccination). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 14-APR-2026 The case was reported by patient's mother. The reporter stated that her child did not receive the complete vaccine schedule with INFANRIX and PEDIARIX. The child only received 4 out of 5 doses. She did not provide any additional information.
