Symptom narrative

Maladministration of a pediatric vaccine (Infanrix) on an adult patient; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 45-year-old male patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number JF7DM, expiry date 29-APR-2027) for prophylaxis. On 17-APR-2026, the patient received Infanrix. On 17-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Maladministration of a pediatric vaccine (Infanrix) on an adult patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
