Died couple weeks later; poison ivy is worse; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of death in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included INFLUENZA VACCINE. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, several weeks after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced death (Verbatim: Died couple weeks later) (serious criteria death and GSK medically significant) and poison ivy rash (Verbatim: poison ivy is worse). The outcome of the poison ivy rash was not reported. The reported cause of death was death. It was unknown if the reporter considered the death and poison ivy rash to be related to Shingles vaccine. The company considered the death to be unrelated to Shingles vaccine. It was unknown if the company considered the poison ivy rash to be related to Shingles vaccine. The patient got a flu shot and weeks later shingles shot and died couple of weeks later. The reporter said go for it and poison ivy was worse.
