Patient came in on 4/14/26 for WCC and 4 year vaccines. Patient had no symptoms or signs at time of vaccine. Patient returned on 4/16/26 with swelling and redness on right thigh Intramuscular. Patient was given cream and allergy medication and was asked to return if did not go away.
