Symptom narrative

day of - arm was very sore could not sleep on it over night. next day - hard bump, visible, little read in the area. still a very hard lump there, painful to the touch. following day - experiencing shortness of breath while doing her normal power works. some light headedness as well. only when she is power walking. normal standing/walking is fine.

Current illness

influenza a - but she thinks it was over a month prior

Medical history

high cholesterol... svt eposodic.... Gerd- possible diagnosis

Other medications

rx - atorvastatin 20 mg, prevacid, estradiol tablet, estradiol vaginal insert. She said there are lots of herbals and otcs she also takes but the list is "very long"

Allergies

penicillin - rash... minocycline- rash... esomeprazole - does not remember the reaction
