Symptom narrative

Patient begain feeling hot after first dose, didn't mention it to Rph, seemed responsive and ok, but after second injection admitted to feeling queezy and hot. Rph put ice pack to back of neck and began elevating legs, but patient begain going faint then had muscle twitching similar to, if not, seizure activity. Rph held on to patient to prevent from falling back off chair or hurting oneself as arms jerked towards face. After about 30 seconds, patient's body relaxed and patient slowly came to. Patient stated she has not had vaccines in a while. Patient was provided gatorade to bring up blood sugar and cool body. After about 30 minutes resting monitored by pharmacy staff, patient was released feeling 100% and at follow up 2 days after report, reported no residual effects from event. Did not decide to follow up with provider
