Symptom narrative

Patient reports that on 11/21/25 she received the FLUZONE HD vaccine for influenza at this pharmacy location. Patient reported that she subsequently experienced pain, discomfort, and difficulty moving her left arm. Patient reported that she has continued to experience the pain and limitations to her arm mobility. She reports a prior rotator cuff injury d/t a fall sustained many years prior, and stated that she does not think that the present complaint(s) are due to this injury, as they did not happen until she received the flu vaccine in 11/2025. Patient reports that she does not presently have any chronic medical conditions. She reports allergies to seasonal (ragweed) antigens and cat dander. No further information was provided at the time of this writing.
