Symptom narrative

Patient was playing peak-a-boo with his cat at home. Then he went to take a shower. He came out of his bedroom at about 4:30 pm crying because he neck hurt on the right side. Family applied ice, then heat, and gave Tylenol. On 4/24/26 the pain was slightly better. Patient was seen in clinic on 4/24/26 and diagnosed with soft tissue inflammation on the right side of the neck.

blood nose several weeks ago, allergic rhinitis

allergic rhinitis, headaches, epistaxis, two cafe au lait spots
