Patient had sever headaches, fatigue, muscle aches, and fever on Saturday into Sunday after his shot. He appeared to be on the recovery end of things on Sunday. I wanted this to go into his charts about his reaction to this vaccine and he had to miss work on Sunday and was wondering if he could get a note. He is doing as of Sunday night but wanted it add his reaction to the vaccine to the chart.
Was feeling fine prior to the vaccine.
He has a inhaler that he uses in the fall if his allergies act up. He is also high functioning autistic.
