Individual administered HepB and Tdap in left deltoid without incident before proceeding to administer Varicella in right deltoid. After administration, patient said "I feel like..." before slumping forward, patient seemed to have lost consciousness as the technician recalls him not being able to respond to commands/questions. Patient was pale and breathing slowly. After 10 seconds, patient became responsive again. He was provided a drink of water and sat for ~10 minutes. At that point, the patient stated he felt well enough to complete his 4th vaccine. Pharmacist administered MMR without further incident. Patient remained in pharmacy for additional 15 minutes of observation before returning home under the care of a family member.
