Symptom narrative

Patient stated he had a new "heart event" at beginning of April 2026 and had not been able to get into Cardiologist yet. He also stated he was feeling a little weird lately. As soon as the vaccination was given his opposite arm started to shake a little and continued to get worse over the next minute and then spread. He then had a seizure like event (no prior history of seizures) where he was unresponsive and kind of staring and shaking, breathing heavy. 911 was called at this time. This continued for a little under a minute. After coming out of this state patient seemed normal but was nauseous and threw up a couple of times. EMS did take him to the hospital to be evaluated. I will contact patient within a couple days to check on him.
