Symptom narrative

I received first dose of JYNNEOS mpox vaccine at pharmacy 3/27/26. Vaccine was administered intramuscularly instead of recommended subcutaneous route. No immediate adverse reaction noted. Upon follow-up, I discovered the dose was not documented in pharmacy or immunization registry. I received subsequent dose correctly via subcutaneous route on 4/24/26, after which expected local reaction (firm raised area, mild itching) and fatigue occurred. Reporting administration error and missing documentation.
