Symptom narrative

Started having memory loss 2 months after my second injection and then had my first of 2 grand mal seizures in May of 2021. I also had focal aware seizures and still do even though I?m on a high dose of seizure medication. I have 4-6 seizures a month. Had a 48 hour EEG at and had a seizure while I was hooked up and then was diagnosed with Epilepsy.
