Minor recently transferred to facility. Immunizations verified and entered into system. System recommended third dose of Hep B. Administered vaccines as recommended/ordered. While documenting, noticed that minor received Hep B on 04/07/2026 not clearly indicated in previous documentation. Minor with no complaints.
