i missed 2nd shot window since i din't receive a reminder for 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in AUG-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: i missed 2nd shot window since i din't receive a reminder for 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 14-APR-2026 The reporter was ask should get the 2nd shot now or start all over.
