Missed follow-up 2nd shingles shot, need to schedule 2nd shot; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Missed follow-up 2nd shingles shot, need to schedule 2nd shot). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
