improper storage; Possible PQC with label/presentation needs to be protected from light. actual vial label did not say it; Product Complaint; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) for prophylaxis. This case was associated with a product complaint. On an unknown date, the patient received Menveo. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: improper storage), product label issue (Verbatim: Possible PQC with label/presentation needs to be protected from light. actual vial label did not say it) and pharmaceutical product complaint (Verbatim: Product Complaint). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug, product label issue and pharmaceutical product complaint were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 16-APR-2026 The healthcare professional would like to know if the Menveo (1-vial) presentation needs to be protected from light. Then why was it not on the actual vial label did not say it. Several vials were exposed to light and had to be wasted. Pharmacy uses a lot, and it was not easy to open and check a PI every time they use it. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
