The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 23-Apr-2026, the patient, who was older than 32 weeks of age, received the third dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), 2 mL (lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age).
