Symptom narrative

Patient contacted pharmacy approximately a month ago requesting consult on why and how she could be experiencing arm pain post vaccination. She described that two weeks after administration (given 3/5/26) she realized was having trouble opening her curtains. The restricted motion was described as only when she raises her arm straight up. Patient was recommended a check-up in the beginning of April and again 4/27/26. Pain level on 4/27/26 is reportedly 2/10 on a pain scale of 1 to 10.
